The “Noctis” name, the NOCTIS wordmark, associated logos, and all related brand assets are proprietary marks of The Noctis Group. These designations are protected under applicable trademark frameworks. No party may reproduce, imitate, or use these marks without the express written authorization of The Noctis Group.
3. Operational Compliance Standards
The Noctis Group maintains premium operational compliance standards across every market in which it operates. We adhere to the prevailing regulatory, data-protection, and consumer-protection obligations applicable to our activities, and we hold our representative partners to equivalent standards of conduct, discretion, and diligence.
4. Official Brand Licensing Scope
Any use of the Noctis brand by property owners, service providers, or affiliates is extended strictly through formal, written licensing arrangements that define the permitted scope, territory, and duration of such use. Representations made outside the bounds of an authorized licensing agreement are not endorsed by, and do not bind, The Noctis Group.
